Meet Toni Moore
Toni Moore is the founder of Forever Bound Tattoo Studio and has been tattooing professionally since 2007. With a career that started in a walk-in tattoo studio in Devon, she quickly developed a versatile skill set, working across traditional and contemporary styles. Over the years, she has tattooed in studios across the UK and attended European tattoo conventions, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected artists.
